01The app
- OneMacTools processes your files on your Mac. We never receive your files, their contents or their names.
- The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code.
- Settings, presets and job history are stored only on your Mac, in your user Library. Deleting the app's data removes them.
- The app connects to the internet only for these things: Download Video and Web Page to PDF fetch the address you enter, as a browser would; activating your licence sends your licence key and this Mac's name to our payment provider, Dodo Payments, and about once a week the app re-checks the key (it keeps working offline); the app checks our website for updates; and FFmpeg, yt-dlp and the WebP encoder are installed through Homebrew only when you ask.
- macOS may download Apple's language or speech models the first time you use translation or transcription. Apple handles those downloads; your files are not sent.
- Permissions such as Screen Recording, Microphone and Notifications are requested only for the tools that need them and can be revoked in System Settings.
02Purchases and support
- When you buy, our payment provider processes your payment details. We receive your name, email address, country and licence information to deliver and support your licence.
- We use your email only for receipts, licence recovery and important product notices. Marketing email is opt-in.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by contacting the support address on our website.
03This website
- This website does not use advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly visit statistics, this policy will say so first.
