## How to use it
1. **Add the PDF.** Drop a PDF onto Organize PDF.
2. **Choose the arrangement.** In the right-hand panel, set Arrange to Custom order, Reverse order, Odd pages only or Even pages only.
3. **Type the order if needed.** For Custom order, type the pages in the order you want, like 3, 1, 2, 4-10.
4. **Click Organize.** A new PDF ending in “organized” is saved in a dated folder in Downloads › OneMacTools. Open it with the Preview (eye) button to check the order.

## Options
- **Arrange:** Custom order uses the order you type. Reverse order turns the whole document back to front. Odd pages only keeps pages 1, 3, 5 and so on. Even pages only keeps pages 2, 4, 6 and so on.
- **New order:** Only shown for Custom order. Type page numbers and ranges separated by commas, like 3, 1, 2, 4-10. An open range like 4- means page 4 to the end. Pages you leave out aren't included.

## Tips
- In Custom order, finish with an open range such as 5- so you don't drop the rest of the document by accident.
- Custom order can reorder and drop pages in one go, but if you only want to remove pages, Delete Pages is clearer.
- To print double-sided on a single-sided printer, print the Odd pages only copy, turn the stack over, then print the Even pages only copy.
- If a scanner fed your pages back to front, Reverse order fixes the whole file in one go.
- A page number listed twice is only used once, so each page appears at most once in the result.

## Questions
**How do I reorder pages in a PDF on a Mac?**
Choose Custom order and type the new order, like 3, 1, 2, 4-10, then click Organize. The pages are saved in exactly that order.

**What happens to pages I don't list in Custom order?**
They're left out of the new PDF. Add an open range like 4- at the end to keep everything from page 4 onwards.

**How do I reverse the page order of a PDF?**
Set Arrange to Reverse order and click Organize. The last page becomes the first.

**How do I get only the odd or even pages?**
Choose Odd pages only for pages 1, 3, 5 and so on, or Even pages only for 2, 4, 6. This is handy for manual double-sided printing.

**Why does it say the page range isn't valid?**
A number is higher than the page count, or a range runs backwards like 10-4. The message tells you how many pages the PDF has.
