## How to use it
1. **Add the PDF.** Drop one or more PDFs onto Delete Pages.
2. **List the pages to remove.** In Pages to delete, type page numbers and ranges, like 2, 4-6.
3. **Click Delete.** A copy without those pages, ending in “edited”, is saved in a dated folder in Downloads › OneMacTools.
4. **Check the result.** Open it with the Preview (eye) button. Your original still has every page.

## Options
- **Pages to delete:** Page numbers and ranges separated by commas, like 2, 4-6. An open range like 8- removes page 8 to the end, and -3 removes pages 1 to 3. This can't be left blank.

## Tips
- Open the PDF in Preview with the sidebar showing page thumbnails first, and note the numbers of the pages you want gone.
- If you drop several PDFs, the same page numbers are removed from each, which suits a batch of scans with the same blank last page.
- Deleting every page isn't allowed, so you can't end up with an empty file by mistake.
- If you know which pages you want to keep rather than remove, Extract Pages is the same idea the other way round.
- Removing a page with private details? Deleting it is the cleanest way, as nothing from that page is left in the copy.

## Questions
**How do I delete pages from a PDF on a Mac?**
Drop the PDF onto Delete Pages, type the pages to remove, like 2, 4-6, and click Delete. You get a copy without them.

**How do I remove the last few pages?**
Use an open range. If page 12 onwards should go, type 12- and every page from 12 to the end is removed.

**How do I delete blank pages from a scan?**
Note which pages are blank and list them, like 2, 4, 6. If every scan in a batch has a blank page in the same place, drop them all at once.

**Why does it say the page range isn't valid?**
A number is higher than the page count, or a range runs backwards. The message tells you how many pages the PDF has.

**Is a deleted page really gone from the new file?**
Yes. The copy is built only from the pages you keep, so nothing from the removed pages is in it.
