## How to use it
1. **Add your documents.** Drop Word, RTF, Markdown, HTML or text files onto Convert to PDF. Or select them in Finder, right-click and choose Quick Actions › OMT: Convert to PDF.
2. **Choose the page.** Pick A4 or US Letter, and Normal, Narrow or Wide margins.
3. **Click Convert.** Each document is laid out across as many pages as it needs and saved as a PDF with the same name, in a dated folder in Downloads › OneMacTools.
4. **Check the layout.** Open the PDFs with the Preview (eye) button before sending them.

## Options
- **Page size:** A4 or US Letter. Use A4 in most of the world and US Letter for the US and Canada.
- **Margins:** Normal (just under an inch), Narrow (half an inch) or Wide (about an inch and a quarter). Narrow fits more on each page; Wide leaves room for notes and binding.

## Tips
- Markdown keeps its headings, bold and italics, links, bullet and numbered lists, quotes and code blocks, so it's a quick way to turn notes into a tidy document.
- Markdown tables and images aren't laid out, so convert notes with those another way or keep them as simple lists.
- For Word files with complex layouts, or for Excel, PowerPoint, Pages, Numbers and Keynote files, Office & iWork to PDF gives the most faithful result.
- The PDFs have real, selectable text. Add page numbers afterwards with Page Numbers, Header & Footer.
- Convert a whole folder of text or Markdown files at once by dropping them all together.
